1. Position: Grade III Branch Manager

Required Number: 01

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Banking
  • Finance & Investment
  • Corporate Finance
  • or related fields.

Experience

• Master’s: 6 years relevant banking experience
• Bachelor’s: 8 years relevant banking experience
• Specific Requirement:
  • At least 1–2 years as Branch Manager II, Assistant Manager-III, or Team Leader-II.

2. Position: Assistant Branch Manager III

Required Number: 01
Place of Work: Bahir Dar

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Banking
  • Finance & Investment
  • Corporate Finance
  • or related fields.

Experience

• Master’s: 5 years relevant banking experience
• Bachelor’s: 7 years relevant banking experience
• Specific Requirement:
  • At least 0–1 year as Grade I Branch Manager, CSM-II, Team Leader-I, or Principal/Senior Officer in related roles.
