📍 Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
📄 Reports to: Security Service Operation Division Manager

Job Summary

The Junior Security Service Officer will communicate with branch offices, follow up security guard deployment, collect field reports, prepare periodic security reports, request logistical supplies, and submit performance reports.

Key Duties

• Follow up deployment of security guards as per contracts
• Collect & compile security reports from branches
• Support patrol program preparation
• Coordinate logistical supply and follow dispatch
• Prepare periodic workforce reports for supervisor & government bodies
• Update leave records & maintain staff relations
• Support training need assessments & performance reporting
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification

• BA Degree in Policing, Economics, Management, Accounting, Military Science or related fields

Skills

• Analytical skills
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)

2️⃣ Human Resource Officer

📍 Location: Branch Office
📄 Reports to: Branch II Administration and Finance Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for record-keeping of personnel files, handling attendance, HR documentation, leave management, job applicant registration, performance report compilation, and contract follow-ups.

Key Duties

• Maintain personnel files & update employee data
• Register job applicants during vacancy periods
• Handle leave records & attendance data
• Follow contract renewal/termination
• Assist in training, discipline & appraisal process
• Prepare personnel related reports & draft memos
• Ensure HR activities comply with policy
• Perform other HR related duties

Minimum Qualification

• BA in HRM, Management, Accounting or related business fields
• 2 years related work experience (1 year at Job Grade 6)

Skills

• Microsoft Office Packages
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles & labor law

3️⃣ Senior Digital Marketing Officer

📍 Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
📄 Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns focusing on SEO and paid social media ads to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• Monitor ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR & optimize campaigns
• Lead SEO (on-page/off-page) & keyword research
• Run email marketing campaigns & automation workflows
• Prepare monthly performance & analytical reports
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital presence
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends & tools

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing (Paid Ads & SEO)

Preferred Skills

• SEO/SEM
• Data interpretation & analytical mindset
• Digital marketing certifications is an advantage
