Position: Junior IT Officer
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024
- 1–2 years of IT support experience
- Hands-on experience in computer/printer hardware maintenance
- Certificates like A+ or local IT hardware training are advantageous
Job Description:
- Provide network and user support for bank systems
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Maintain computers, printers, scanners, and related devices
- Perform network installation and preventive maintenance at branches
- Manage end-user domain accounts via Windows Active Directory
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls if required
- Provide technical support after hours/holidays as assigned
- Report security incidents to IT manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned
