- Manage day-to-day general service operations of the South Hub Office.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hub offices, buildings, furniture, and utilities.
- Coordinate minor renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance at the hub.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and office organization standards are met.
Transport & Fleet Management (South Hub)
- Manage vehicles assigned to the South Hub Office.
- Supervise drivers and transport schedules serving the hub.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, fuel control, insurance, and licensing
Security & Safety Management
- Supervise security services at the South Hub Office.
- Ensure safety of staff, visitors, and company assets at the hub.
- Implement workplace safety and emergency procedures in coordination with Head Office.
- Report security incidents and safety concerns promptly.
Asset & Store Managemnet (Hub Level)
- Maintain inventory records of hub assets, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and accountability of assets at the hub.
- Coordinate asset requests, transfers, and disposals with Head Office.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Request and follow up on procurement of general service items for the hub.
- Coordinate with approved vendors for cleaning, maintenance, security, and other services.
- Monitor service delivery quality at the hub and report gaps.
Policy, Reporting & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and review general service policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on general service activities, costs, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Support audits related to assets, fleet, and administration.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations departments.
- Support company events, meetings, and official functions.
- Respond to staff service-related requests and complaints professionally.
About You
Qualifications & Education
- BA or MA Degree in Human Resources Management or Management or Business Administration or Supply Management or Organizational Development or Organizational Management or Development Management or leadership or PSIR or Public Administration or related field of studies.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in general service, administration, or facility management.
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Budgeting and cost-control skills.
- Knowledge of fleet, facility, and asset management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, reporting).

Job Purpose:- The Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical care, first aid, and health support services to employees at Gelana Farm, ensuring workplace health, safety, and wellbeing in accordance with company policies and health standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees in case of illness or injury
- Monitor and record employees’ health conditions and provide follow-up care when required
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per medical guidelines
- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and treatment logs
- Respond promptly to workplace accidents and emergencies
- Refer serious cases to nearby hospitals or health facilities and coordinate referrals
- Conduct basic health awareness sessions (hygiene, safety, disease prevention)
- Ensure availability and proper use of medical supplies and first-aid equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic/medical room
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives at the farm
- Report health-related issues to management and HR as required
About You
Qualifications & Education
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience (experience in farm, site, or industrial settings is an advantage)

- Ability to work independently in a remote or farm environment
