🔹 1. Senior Specialist: Transmission Network Operation (MW)
Employment Type: Internal / External
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate Microwave transmission networks
- Troubleshoot and restore faults within MTTR
- Validate E2E microwave performance (latency, jitter, packet loss)
- Coordinate optimization, testing, commissioning, and service cutovers
- Perform preventive maintenance and spares accountability
- Collaborate with vendors and OEMs on upgrades and improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and OH&S standards
Qualifications
- BSc / HND in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
- 8 years experience, with 3 years in Microwave Networks
