🧾 Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for supporting and executing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting company products and services. The role requires a sales-driven, customer-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
🔍 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals and outreach
- Inform potential and existing customers about company products and promotions
- Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences effectively
- Analyze competitors’ products, features, and market performance
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and product improvements
🎓 Qualification Requirements

- or related fields (preferred)
Experience:
