🧾 Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for supporting and executing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting company products and services. The role requires a sales-driven, customer-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

🔍 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals and outreach
• Inform potential and existing customers about company products and promotions
• Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints
• Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences effectively
• Analyze competitors’ products, features, and market performance
• Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and product improvements

🎓 Qualification Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Marketing
  • or related fields (preferred)

Experience:

• Zero (0) years of work experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
