- Qualification:
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer & Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields from a recognized higher learning institution - Experience:
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in an insurance company - Additional Competencies:
- Diploma in Insurance is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of insurance business and claims handling
- Ability to conduct pre-risk and post-risk assessments
- Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling branch activities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills
- Strong analytical and investigation skills

2. Engineering Officer II
- Qualification:

Minimum of 2 years work experience as Engineering Officer I or Junior Engineering Officer in an insurance company - Additional Competencies:
- Diploma in Insurance is an advantage

- Ability to conduct pre-risk and post-risk assessments
- Strong analytical and investigation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills
- High dedication and strong customer service orientation

3. Branch Manager II
- Qualification:
BA / MA / MSc Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Mathematics & Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution - Experience:
- BA holders: Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Master’s holders: Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Of which at least 4 years (BA) or 2 years (Master’s) must be as Branch Manager III in an insurance company
- Additional Competencies:
- Diploma in Insurance is an advantage
- Strong branch management and claims handling skills
- Ability to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation and dedication

4. Branch Manager I
- Qualification:
BA / MA / MSc Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, Mathematics & Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution - Experience:
- BA holders: Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Master’s holders: Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Of which at least 6 years (BA) or 4 years (Master’s) must be in progressive branch management roles
- At least 2 years must be as Branch Manager II in an insurance company
- Additional Competencies:
- Diploma in Insurance is an advantage
- Strong branch leadership and claims handling skills
- Ability to conduct pre-risk and post-risk assessments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and computer skills
- Highly customer-focused with strong dedication and work ethic
