1. Grade 3 Branch Manager

  • Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience:
    • 7–8 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience
    • Of which 2 years as Grade 4 City Branch Manager or Grade 3 Up-Country Branch Manager
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
    • Marketing and selling skills
    • Team building and leadership skills
    • Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • Written and spoken English proficiency
    • Excellent computer skills
    • CII certification is an advantage
  • Salary: As per company scale
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Grade 4 Branch Manager

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience
    • Of which 2 years in supervisory roles or 3 years as a Senior Officer
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Good knowledge of insurance products and services
    • Marketing and selling skills
    • Team building skills
    • Communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
    • Written and spoken English proficiency
    • Excellent computer skills
    • CII certification is an advantage
  • Salary: As per company scale

3. Secretary

  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills and professional personality
    • Written and spoken English proficiency
    • Strong office management and organizational skills

4. Junior Secretary

  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT
