Job Purpose
The Director – IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Management is responsible for defining and driving the Bank’s overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture. The role ensures alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives, strengthens IT governance, optimizes IT investments, and supports long-term growth, innovation, and competitiveness.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Option 1
- Education: Master’s / MBA / MSc Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), MBA, or related fields
- Certification: CISSP, IT Security Management, Cyber Security, or related professional certification
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years at Division Manager level or equivalent
OR
Option 2
- Education: Bachelor’s / BSc Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), MBA, or related fields
- Certification: CISSP, IT Security Management, Cyber Security, or related professional certification
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years at Division Manager level or equivalent

Position 2: Customer Service Officer – I (Dire Dawa Banking Center)
Job Purpose
To provide high-quality customer service by handling cash and non-cash transactions, promoting the Bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience

Position 3: Customer Service Officer – I (Harar Banking Center)
Job Purpose
To serve customers by processing transactions, promoting banking products and services, acquiring and maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

- Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience
