The Branch Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the overall banking activities of the branch office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulatory directives, and country laws
  • Leading branch sales and business development efforts
  • Driving customer service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, activity and progress reports
  • Participating in community engagements and maintaining strong relationships with the local business community

πŸŽ“ Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

πŸ’Ό Required Experience

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional banking experience
  • At least one (1) year as Customer Service Manager or in an equivalent role
