Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Place of Work

📍 CCCC Head Office, Addis Ababa


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative and logistics operations
  • Liaise with external partners, including telecom service providers, hotels, hospitals, and other relevant institutions
  • Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned

Accommodation & Transportation

  • Company-provided accommodation is available for employees who require it
  • Fuel expenses may be reimbursed for employees using a private vehicle for work-related duties

Position Requirements

  • Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in administration or logistics is an added advantage
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Must be based in Addis Ababa (city residents preferred)
  • Age Requirement: 24–28 years
