📝 Job Summary

The Procurement Officer is responsible for supporting procurement activities in line with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Bank.

The role includes:

• Preparing purchase analysis sheets with cost estimates
• Revising shortlisted companies for effective procurement
• Inviting, assessing, and recommending suppliers for tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
• Ensuring consistency and compliance in sourcing, purchasing, and tendering activities

🎓 Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Logistics Management
  • Property Management
  • Purchasing & Supplies Management
  • Or related fields

✔ Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage

💼 Experience Requirement

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in a similar procurement role

---

🛠 Functional / Technical Competencies

• Experience in tender preparation and evaluation
• Strong procurement planning skills
• Thorough understanding of procurement laws and procedures
• Ability to develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Knowledge of demand & supply systems and best procurement practices
• Strong understanding and application of procurement and banking policies
• Experience with ERP / SAP / Oracle procurement modules
