Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields

Experience

  • 2 years of Banking Operations experience
  • Knowledge of IFB (Interest Free Banking) is advantageous

2. Senior Customer Service Officer

Purpose of the Job

  • 3 years of related banking experience
  • IFB Training Certification is advantageous

Purpose of the Job

Ensure efficient branch cash operations, vault management, transaction authorization, and reconciliation of accounts.

  • IFB Training Certification is advantageous
