The company is hiring for multiple positions across Engineering, Finance, Safety, HR, and Security for its Addis Ababa projects.
1. Office Engineering Head
Positions: 3 | Location: Addis Ababa Projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, COTM, or related field
- 10 years total experience, with 4 years relevant
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise office engineers and document controllers
- Review construction drawings, approve shop drawings
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and correspondence
- Supervise quantity take-offs and BOQ control
- Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress
- Support procurement, technical evaluation, and risk management
Skills Required:
- Civil/Construction engineering expertise
- Contract management (FIDIC preferred)
- Quantity surveying, planning, leadership, documentation, and analytical skills
2. Finance Manager / Project Finance Head
Location: Addis Ababa Projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field
- 10 years total experience, 4 years relevant
Key Responsibilities:
- Project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
- Cost control, monitoring, and revenue/billing management
- Supervise project accountants and cashiers
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal controls, and audits
- ERP/accounting software usage (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks)
Skills Required:
- Financial analysis and accounting
- Construction project accounting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and leadership
3. Safety Engineer
Qualification: BA in Health, Engineering, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop site safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Conduct safety inspections, training, and induction
- Monitor high-risk activities and enforce PPE use
- Investigate accidents and report safety performance
Skills Required: Communication, problem-solving, team supervision, risk management
4. Sanitary Engineer
Qualification: Strong knowledge of plumbing, sanitation systems, and AutoCAD/MEP
Responsibilities:
- Design and supervise water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems
- Site supervision and material/equipment control
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and maintenance support
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sanitation standards
5. Project HR & General Service Head
Qualification: BA in HR, Management, Leadership; 8 years total experience, 3 years relevant
Responsibilities:
- Workforce planning, performance management, payroll, employee relations
- Office administration, transport/fleet management, facility & asset management
- Policy development, compliance, budgeting, and reporting
6. Security (Guard) Supervisor
Qualification: 10th Grade with military/police training; 6 years total experience, 4 years relevant
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards, site security, and safety coordination
- Monitor access points, incidents, and emergency preparedness
- Training and evaluation of security staff
Skills Required: Leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving
7. Project Cashier
Qualification: Level IV Accounting & Finance; minimum 4 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Cash handling, disbursement, and payment processing
- Documentation, record-keeping, and reporting
- Coordination with finance head and accountants
Skills Required: Basic accounting, teamwork, communication, attention to detail
