Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer serves as the first point of contact for Virtual Equb customers (Equbtegna), both in-office and in the field. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, supporting member registration, collecting contributions, resolving concerns, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact person for office visitors and provide accurate information and support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to recruit new members and assess lottery winners
- Follow up and collect due and overdue contributions
- Process registrations, payments, agreements, and account updates accurately
- Resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and procedures
- Prepare regular performance and activity reports
- Support teamwork and perform additional assigned duties
Minimum Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Equb, Fintech, sales, customer service, banking, logistics, or import/export
- Strong communication skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and discipline

Minimum Qualifications
