📝 Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Employment Business Operation Director, the Security Service Operation Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls security guard activities assigned to client organizations. The role focuses on improving service quality, supervising staff deployed to client duty stations, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring efficient delivery of security services.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control security and outsourced service operations
• Supervise security staff deployed to client organizations
• Support recruitment and deployment of security guards to service stations
• Monitor security staff performance and operational activities
• Facilitate induction and training for newly recruited security personnel
• Ensure logistical support for security staff in collaboration with internal departments
• Maintain an updated personnel database of outsourced service staff
• Conduct training needs assessments and support staff development programs
• Handle administrative and operational issues related to security services
• Visit client organizations regularly to address complaints and improve service delivery
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports
• Ensure timely collection of service charges from client organizations
• Support regulatory reporting requirements for outsourced services
• Promote teamwork and maintain a productive working environment

🎓 Education Requirement

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Economics
• Management
• Finance
• Accounting
• Marketing
• Military Science
• Related fields

---

💼 Experience Requirement

• 8 / 10 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years at Job Grade 9 or 4 years at Job Grade 8
• Preferably 2 years of managerial experience
