1. Senior Architect
Number of Positions: 2
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Additional software certifications are a plus
Experience:
- More than 5 years in architectural design
- Proven work on projects including offices, hospitals, banks
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian architectural standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and BOQs
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian building codes
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Produce 2D/3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
- Participate in client meetings and site visits
Skills Required:
- Presentation, Communication, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Drawing
- Teamwork and technical design proficiency
- English communication; Chinese language is a plus
