Position: Junior Underwriter – Trainee
Job Summary: This is an entry-level position designed for high-potential graduates to start their career in the insurance industry. Trainees will undergo structured learning to understand risk assessment, policy issuance, and insurance operations.
1. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc/BA Degree in any of the following fields:
- Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, or Marketing Management.
- Statistics, Mathematics, or Agricultural Economics.
- Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Computer Science/IT.
- Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above.
- Graduation Year: Open for graduates of the years 2024/25.
- Exit Exam: Applicants must have successfully passed the National Exit Exam.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates).
