Position: National ID Registration Agent
Role Summary: As a Registration Agent, you will be responsible for the accurate data entry and enrollment of citizens into the National ID system. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure technical standards are met during the registration process.
1. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BSc Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Age: 18 to 30 years old.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory basic computer proficiency and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Training: Must be willing to pass a pre-training assessment and undergo official enrollment registration training.
- Added Advantage: Previous customer service training.
2. Employment Details
- Salary: As per the company’s attractive salary scale.
- Term of Employment: Definite Term.
- Duty Stations: Abrajira, Metema Yohannes, Kokeit, Sanja, Abdurafi, Genete Mare, and Delgi.
