1. Branch Manager
Purpose: To drive profitable growth by enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery and efficient resource utilization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service delivery plans to optimize customer experience.
- Oversee loan and foreign currency request processing.
- Manage branch income/expense accounts and controllable expenses.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote products and services locally.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training certification is a plus.
- Skills: Marketing and Business Management.
2. Branch Operation Supervisor
Purpose: To support operational efficiency by managing cash movement, vault control, and account reconciliation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize transactions and check for correctness/irregularities.
- Administer the Primary Vault dually with the Branch Manager.
- Manage cash consignments and ensure Tills are within established limits.
- Prepare financial reports and follow up on suspense account reconciliations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of related banking experience. IFB training certification is a plus.
3. Senior Customer Service Officer
Purpose: To ensure financial and operational activities align with policies while providing optimal service through regular staff assessment and audits.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy and legitimacy of all daily transactions.
- Provide regular performance feedback and training to customer service staff.
- Investigate and solve customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory directives.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Three (3) years of related banking experience. IFB training certification is a plus.
4. Customer Service Officer II
Purpose: To provide frontline banking operations including account opening, transfers, and cash services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform frontline operations (account opening, local/international transfers).
- Issue passbooks and cheque books.
- Serve as maker and checker for transactions as assigned.
- Answer customer inquiries and maintain fast, reliable service.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
