1. Executive Secretary
- Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the office operates efficiently through expert calendar management and document control.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Manager’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Draft and format official correspondence in both Amharic and English.
- Screen visitors, calls, and emails; maintain strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate between the Manager and department heads.
- Qualifications: Diploma or BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in the corporate or transportation sector.
2. Drivers (50 Positions)
- Role Summary: Safely operate company vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, Electric, and Fuel cars) to transport goods or passengers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Follow traffic laws and conduct regular vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate trip records (mileage, time, destination).
- Provide excellent customer service and follow leader arrangements.
- Qualifications: Valid driver’s license; strong knowledge of local routes.
- Experience: Maximum 3 years of driving experience. Experience in Meter Taxi (Ride Service) is a plus.
- Note: Health-conscious environment; zero alcohol consumption allowed.
3. Transport and Logistics Officer (2 Positions)
- Role Summary: Oversee fleet operations, focusing on maintenance, repair scheduling, and battery/charging status for electric vehicles.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics Management.
- Experience: Previous experience in fleet management.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software; strong negotiation skills.
4. Video and Graphics Designer
- Deadline: April 5, 2026
- Role Summary: Create content and edit videos/graphics for social media and advertising.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Edit using Adobe, Illustrator, CapCut, and other relevant apps.
- Record and edit high-quality video/photos using an iPhone.
- Generate creative advertising ideas and type in English/Amharic.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Digital Marketing, Video Editing, or similar.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience.
