1. Branch Manager

Locations: Bedessa, Kibet (Silti), Hawassa, Dessie, and Tora (Lanfro Area).

Role Summary: Lead branch operations, build high-performance teams, and ensure internal controls while driving sales and maintaining ethical banking standards.

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent branch leadership role.
  • Key Competencies: Team building, coaching/mentoring, negotiation skills, and problem-solving.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) and local languages.

2. Senior Banking Business Officer

Role Summary: Support branch operations and customer experience while identifying solutions for business growth and promoting IFB products.

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years in banking operations, with at least 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer.
  • Key Competencies: Sales and marketing, customer experience management, and IFB product knowledge.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of IFB and local languages.

3. Banking Business Officer I

Locations: Bedele, Bedessa, Kibet (Silti), Hawassa, Dessie, and Tora (Lanfro Area).

Role Summary: Facilitate day-to-day banking services, engage in sales and marketing, and provide exceptional customer support.

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of branch banking experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Officer.
  • Key Competencies: Communication, problem identification, and a focus on customer experience.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of IFB and local languages.
