Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C. is a transformed commercial microfinance institution dedicated to providing financial and non-financial services to medium/small enterprises and low-income individuals, with a special focus on women in both urban and rural Ethiopia.

The institution is currently seeking competent applicants for the following vacant positions at our Shashemenie and Wolayita Sodo duty stations.


Vacant Positions

1. Customer Relation Officer

  • Number Required: 4
  • Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, Banking & Insurance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–1 year.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Customer Service Officer

  • Number Required: 4
  • Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, Banking & Insurance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–1 year.
  • Key Skills: Communication and basic financial service delivery.

General Employment Information

  • Duty Stations: Shashemenie and Wolayita Sodo.
  • Term of Employment: Permanent.
  • Salary: As per the Institution’s competitive salary scale.
  • Mandatory Requirement: COC (Certificate of Competency) is mandatory for all applicants.
