- BA/MSc in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field

2. Trainee Junior Customer Service Officer
π― Key Responsibilities
- Support loan processing, client onboarding, and credit appraisal
- Conduct market research and client surveys
- Participate in marketing campaigns and client outreach
- Monitor loan repayments and manage client portfolio
- Prepare reports and support branch operations
π Qualifications
- BA/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field

3. Marketing Officer
