- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)

Educational Qualification
- BA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Management, or related fields
Work Experience
- 8 years (BA) or 6 years (Master’s) of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in policy development and institutional strengthening
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)
Salary & Benefits
