1. Position Title: Training Expert (Contract)

Work Experience

  • 7 years (BA) OR 5 years (MA)
  • Experience in:
    • Training & Development
    • Instructional Design
    • Curriculum Development
    • Adult Education

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Develop training materials and curriculum
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and seminars
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
  • Coordinate logistics and training programs
  • Support staff professional development
  • Ensure continuous improvement of training systems

  • Support logistics and transport planning
  • Manage transportation and distribution of election materials
  • Maintain logistics records and reports
  • Ensure secure dispatch and retrieval of materials
  • Monitor logistics processes and ensure compliance

3. Position Title: HR Records and Liaison Officer
