1. Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
- Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Not required (fresh graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025)
- Requirements:
- Cumulative GPA: ≥2.75 for males, ≥2.5 for females
- Age: Below 30 years
- Must have passed the University Exit Examination
- Language: Proficiency in Afan Oromo mandatory; Amharic & English preferred
- Locations: Various branches (Ginir, Goro, Robe, Angetu, Haro Dumal, Duna, Werka, Agarfa)
2. Research and Publication Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years of related experience
- Location: Head Office – Marketing and Research Department
3. Maintenance Technician
- Education: Diploma in General Technician, Electronics, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
- Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department
