Job Position: IT Officer

Job Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
Assist in managing company networks (LAN/WAN and internet connectivity)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
Support software installations, updates, and user account management
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus protection
Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–1 year of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
