Role Summary: The Branch Manager will plan, organize, and lead all banking activities at the branch level. This includes ensuring compliance with internal procedures and national regulations, driving sales and business development, and maintaining strong ties with the local business community to promote the Bank’s services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure all branch staff adhere to operating procedures, code of practices, and regulatory directives.
- Business Development: Lead sales efforts and coordinate customer service initiatives to achieve branch growth.
- Planning & Reporting: Prepare annual budgets and work plans, and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach staff to meet production goals and sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Guide the branch toward efficient service delivery and operational accuracy.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years in the banking sector, with at least one (1) year of experience as a Customer Services Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial business law, banking sector rules, and modern management techniques.
