Ariva Systems Solutions is looking for talented and proactive professionals to join our growing team. We are currently recruiting for a technical expert in web development and a results-driven marketer to support our property portfolio.
1. Full Stack Web Developer
Role Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from front-end to back-end. You will build high-quality, user-friendly systems and ensure their performance, security, and scalability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications (frontend & backend).
- Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and manage databases and server-side logic.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in full-stack development with a portfolio of completed projects/websites.
- Frontend: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Backend: Experience with Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Databases: Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
- Tools: Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Preferred: Knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Express) and basic UI/UX principles.
2. Marketer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Role Summary: A proactive role focused on promoting and managing our property portfolio. You will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals for property sales, rentals, and management services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify property leads.
- Present property offerings and negotiate terms for rental or sale agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and tenants.
- Track and report sales and occupancy performance.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in sales, marketing, property management, or Real Estate.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and data analysis for market trends.
- Remuneration: Negotiable Salary + Commission.
