Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective product solutions and presentations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage customer inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to refine market strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, sales execution, and digital communication skills.
- Desired Attributes: Action-driven, creative thinker, and excellent presentation skills.
2. Senior Office Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Summary: The Senior Office Engineer will plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring all construction activities meet local building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and construction schedules.
- Supervise contractors and coordinate on-site construction activities.
- Perform structural analysis and feasibility surveys.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Civil Engineer; project management experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D and surveying.
- Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Desired Attributes: Strong technical writing, professional judgment, and analytical problem-solving.
