1. Junior Credit Control Officer
- Quantity: 10
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in credit control or finance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan repayments and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
- Support risk management activities and prepare portfolio performance reports.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams regarding delinquent accounts.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication.
2. Junior Legal Officer
- Quantity: 10 (Addis Ababa: 5, Adama: 1, Hawassa: 1, Bahir Dar: 1, Dire Dawa: 1, Jimma: 1)
- Education: LLB Degree in Law.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation and contracts.
- Support litigation processes and manage court follow-ups.
- Ensure institutional compliance with Ethiopian laws and company policies.
- Handle legal correspondences and customer complaints.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Ethiopian court procedures and excellent legal drafting skills.
