Garad PLC, a leading private company in Ethiopia with 25 years of experience in import marketing, electronics, real estate, and logistics, is seeking qualified professionals to join its finance and operations teams in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions

1. Senior Accountant

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Advanced degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
Core Requirements: * Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and managing supervisory roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Location: Addis Ababa.

2. Junior Accountant

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Entry-level (Prior internships or entry-level experience is a plus).
Core Requirements:
- Proficiency in Peachtree (Accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Location: Addis Ababa.

3. Storekeeper

Education: Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
Core Requirements:
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts) is an advantage.
Location: Addis Ababa.
