Position: Project HR Digitalization and HRIS Officer

Role Summary: This is a project-based contract focused on digitizing HR records and implementing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). It is an excellent opportunity for IT-related graduates to gain professional experience in digital data management and systems implementation.

• Required Number: 4
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Employment Type: Project-Based Contract.
• Workplace: Addis Ababa (with travel to other locations as needed).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Digital Literacy: Strong computer literacy and digital data management skills.
• Systems Knowledge: Basic knowledge of databases and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management.
• Data Integrity: Ability to accurately manage digital records and maintain HR data systems.
