1. Sales Representatives (30 positions – Re-advertised)

Role Summary: Engage with potential clients to identify real estate needs, generate leads, and conduct property showings. This role requires high creativity in marketing and a strong ability to build client relationships.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or BSc in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–2 years.
  • Key Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, and effective verbal/written communication.

2. Senior Sanitary Engineer

Role Summary: Design and oversee sanitary systems (water supply, drainage, wastewater). You will lead hydraulic calculations, design fire-fighting systems, and coordinate with MEP and architectural teams.

  • Experience: 10 years in construction/real estate, with at least 3 years in project coordination or supervision.
  • Key Skills: Project Management Certification, proficiency in MS Project/Excel, and leadership/mentorship abilities.
