• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, customer service, or sales support (preferably in real estate).
• Skills: Strong understanding of real estate sales processes; excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.

2. Data Collector

• Education: BA Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3 years and above of relevant work experience.
• Required Number: 3

3. General Foreman

• Education: Technical School Diploma in Construction.
• Experience: Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
