Open Positions

1. Junior Physiotherapist

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid physiotherapy license.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of neurodevelopmental and motor disorders; ability to assess and implement evidence-based interventions for children.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken Amharic and English.
• Salary & Benefits: * Net Salary:17,000 ETB.
  • Certified training from local/international partners.
  • Master’s program and capacity development opportunities.
• Location: Deborah Village (Sheger City) or Head Quarter (Bole).

2. Executive Assistant

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
• Skills: High level of discretion for sensitive information; strong project management and multitasking abilities; proficiency in office technology.
• Language: Proficiency in Amharic and English (Afaan Oromo is an advantage).
• Location: Head Office, Bole (behind Sur Construction).
