Position: Trainee Officer-I
Job Summary: This is an entry-level position designed to develop future professionals in the microfinance sector. Trainees will support the institution’s mission of providing financial services to income-generating activities and small business operators.
- Educational Background: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agri-Business, Agro-Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: No Experience Required (Fresh Graduates).
- Special Criteria: Must be a graduate of 2016 E.C. (2023/24 G.C.) and above.
- Quantity: 8
- Salary: Attractive company salary scale with a conducive working environment.
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, and Debre Berhan.
