| 4. Senior Secretary (Qty: 2) | Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Mgt, IT, or related | 6 years for BA; 9 years for Adv. Diploma; 11 years for Diploma |
| 5. Branch Manager I (Qty: 4) | BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Management | 6 years in insurance operations (3 years in senior roles) |
| 6. Branch Manager III (Qty: 4) | BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Management | 7 years in insurance operations (2 years as Branch Manager I or Supervisor) |
| 7. Manager, Legal Division | LLB/LLM Degree from a recognized institution | 6 years experience (2 years as Senior Legal Officer) |
