The program spans three years and is divided into three distinct six-month rotations, followed by an 18-month “Landing Role”:

• Rotation 1 (Local): Based in Ethiopia, focusing on functional foundations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2 (Cross-functional): Based in Ethiopia, focusing on how different business areas interconnect.
• Rotation 3 (International): An overseas assignment to enhance cultural adaptability and a global perspective.
• Landing Role: A management position within Heineken Ethiopia for 18 months to apply developed skills.

Requirements & Criteria

Heineken is looking for ambitious, adventurous individuals with leadership potential.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: New graduates only (maximum of 1-year post-graduation). No specific work experience required.
• Languages: Essential proficiency in English and local language requirements.
• Mobility: Must be fully globally mobile for international assignments.
• Skills: Knowledge of commercial processes.

Selection Process Timeline

2. Online Assessments: Situational behavior scenarios and cognitive tests (scheduled for June).
