The bank is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill two permanent positions at its operations base in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Software Engineer I

• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Vacancy No. HO/04066/26)
• Education Requirement: BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields.
  • Added Advantage: Holding a Master’s degree in an IT-related field.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of active experience in IT, software development, system integration, project management, and full-stack development.
• Technical Stack & Skills: Practical familiarity with full-stack frameworks and languages such as Java Spring Boot, .NET Core, Python, React, and Flutter.
• Job Summary: Responsible for full-stack application development, API design, middleware configuration, system integration, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable interoperability across corporate platforms.

2. Administrative Assistant I

• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Vacancy No. HO/04067/26)
• Education Requirement: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in secretarial services.
