Open Human Resources Positions
1. HR & Talent Intern
- Education Requirement: Open to recent graduates from any field of study (including HRM, Business, Management, Psychology, Engineering, IT, Arts, Science, Law, Education, Agriculture, Health Sciences, or any other discipline).
- Experience Required: 0 years (No prior work experience required).
- Core Competencies:
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English is essential for professional emails and day-to-day interactions.
- Communication: Confident, clear communicator who listens actively and expresses ideas well.
- Attitude: Curious, proactive, open to feedback, and genuinely intent on launching a long-term career path in Human Resources.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Net Salary: ETB 5,000.

2. HR Assistant
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong foundations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience Required: At least 6 months of relevant experience through an internship, attachment, or entry-level role in an HR, administrative, or people operations function.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics, job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Own the onboarding experience for new joiners and coordinate exit processes for departing staff.
- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records with full confidentiality and audit readiness.
- Draft internal HR correspondence, including employment letters, contracts, warnings, and policy documents.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and compile weekly/monthly headcount and turnover reports.
- Key Qualifications:
- Non-negotiable strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle sensitive data discretely.
- Digital competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shared drives.
