Goh Betoch Bank S.C. is the first private pioneer mortgage financial firm established in Ethiopia. Founded by 11 visionary veteran bankers, investors, and academicians, the bank was established to address the country’s severe housing backlog, high construction costs, and the lack of accessible housing finance schemes.

The bank is currently looking for qualified and interested individuals to fill three distinct roles at its Head Office and various branch locations.

Open Positions & Job Requirements

1. Customer Service Officer III

• Workplace Locations: Addis Ababa, Lege-Tafo, and Bishoftu Branches.
• Education Requirement: Minimum of a BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field of study.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in core banking operations.
• Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).

2. Senior Cybersecurity Officer

• Workplace Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
• Education Requirement: Minimum of a BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, or a related field of study.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of related technical work experience.
• Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).

3. Driver

• Workplace Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
• Education Requirement: 10th or 12th grade complete, along with a valid Public-1 or related Driving Certificate.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of active work experience in professional driving.
• Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).
