- Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience strictly within the insurance industry. Out of this total history, at least 3 years must have been served as a General Accounts Division Head.

- Education: BA or BSc degree in Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. Out of this, a minimum of 3 years must have been spent serving as a Principal or Senior Underwriting Officer.
