HENOSIS Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is a legally registered organization under the Cooperative Bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City. HSACCO envisions becoming one of the leading SACCOs in Ethiopia by 2030, fulfilling the economic and social needs of its members through strong saving mobilization and accessible credit services.

The institution is offering a one-month intensive Internship-to-Hire Training Program designed to equip trainees with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in SACCO operations and member engagement. Trainees who successfully pass the training assessments and performance evaluations will be considered for permanent employment with Henosis SACCO.

Qualification Requirements

A Certificate in any course or program.
A BA Degree or Diploma in any Social Science or Natural Science field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A clear interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement.
Good discipline, confidence, and a teamwork spirit.
The ability to work under targets and in field conditions.
Computer proficiency is considered advantageous.

Areas of Training & Key Responsibilities

SACCO Foundations & Professional Mindset
Member Relations & Communication Skills
Saving Mobilization & Sales Techniques
Operations, Reporting, and Performance Evaluation

Key Responsibilities (During and After Training):

Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients.
Mobilize savings and actively promote SACCO financial products and services.
Conduct field outreach, promotional activities, and awareness campaigns.
Support member registration, account opening processes, and maintain professional communication.
Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports while contributing to member satisfaction and institutional growth.
