Nib Insurance Company (NIC), an established provider of both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services in Ethiopia, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for several permanent positions at its Head Office in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Claims Inspector

• Job Grade: III
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Education: Level IV (Diploma) with a mandatory Certificate of Competence (COC) in Automotive, Automotive Engineering, Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 years (No prior experience required).

2. Surveyor I

• Job Grade: VI
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Education: BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Junior Surveyor or in a highly similar position.

3. Senior Auditor

• Job Grade: IX
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years served as an Auditor II or in a similar professional position.

4. Senior Human Resource Development Officer

• Job Grade: IX
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Education: BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years served as a Human Resource Officer II or in a similar professional position.

• Terms of Employment: Permanent (following the successful completion of a standard probationary period).
