The company has grown from an initial capital of Birr 12.5 million to Birr 1 billion, expanding its network to 64 branches and serving over 100,000 customers nationwide. Nile Insurance provides general long-term and Takaful insurance services and currently holds total assets reaching Birr 3 billion.

To support its continued corporate growth, the company is looking to hire fresh graduates and experienced professionals for positions based in Addis Ababa.

Open Tiers & Technical Requirements

1. Assistant Underwriting Officer

• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Education Requirement: MA or BA Degree in a Business and Economics field of study, OR an MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience Required: 0 to 2 years in a related area. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Employment Type: Permanent following the successful completion of a standard probationary period.
• Compensation: Per the company salary scale along with an attractive benefits scheme.

2. Underwriting Officer

• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Education Requirement: MA or BA Degree in a Business and Economics field of study, OR an MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area.
• Employment Type: Permanent following the successful completion of a standard probationary period.

3. Records Clerk / መዝገብ ቤት ሠራተኛ

• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Education Requirement: College Diploma in Accounting, Management, IT, or related fields of study.
• Experience Required: Experience is not required (0 years experience).
• Employment Type: Permanent following the successful completion of a standard probationary period.
• Compensation: Per the company salary scale along with an attractive benefits scheme.
