United Beverages Share Company, a joint-venture beverage manufacturer in Ethiopia, is seeking energetic, passionate, and highly adaptable fresh graduates for its technical production division.

Position: Packaging Operator – Junior

• Location: Modjo, Ethiopia (Must be flexible for potential future assignments across different parts of the country)
• Employment Type: Full-Time Entry Track
• Experience Baseline: 0 years (Fresh Graduates exclusively)

Required Educational Qualifications

• BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, OR
• Diploma / TVET Level IV from a recognized vocational-technical school in a related industrial field.
• Preferred Advantage: Additional certifications or specialized training in Brewing, Packaging, industrial Engineering, or Factory Utilities.

Core Technical & Differentiating Competencies

• Safety & Compliance: A clear, detailed understanding of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, as well as factory statutory requirements.
• Operations: Foundational understanding of preventive maintenance, continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean or Kaizen), and rapid mechanical/electrical problem-solving.
• Communication: Proficiency in written and spoken English is a strong asset.
• Adaptability: Ability to respond to structural change positively, handle fast-paced production deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a shift-team environment.
