Open Positions & Requirements

1. Officer – IT Risk (Risk & Compliance Management Department)

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: Bachelor’s or B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT risk assessment, cybersecurity compliance, or systems auditing, with at least 2 years served at the Officer II/III level or equivalent.

2. Senior Internal Auditor

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: Bachelor’s or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing, or related financial disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant operational audit experience within a financial institution, with at least 2 years served strictly as an Internal Auditor or equivalent.

3. Section Head – Investigation and Rectification Follow-up (Internal Audit Department)

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related business fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years served as a Principal Internal Auditor or equivalent supervisory level.
